Hey, Happy to see your smiling face!

Moses stretched out his rod and the sea made way for Israelites to pass.

During the times when Israelites were fleeing from Egypt, their path was blocked by Red Sea. The Egyptian army was Chasing from behind. Red Sea on the front and Pharaoh’s army from behind and there was no way to cross the Red Sea. At that moment, Moses with the Strength of God stretched out his rod at the sea. The Red Sea spread itself apart creating a plain path in between for the people to walk across the sea. Following them Pharaoh’s army followed on the same footsteps. The Israelite’s crossed the sea and reached the shore. The Army behind Israelites saying that “Since Israelites are crossing we can too” went after them. No sooner did Israelites cross the Red Sea than Pharaoh’s army was right in the center of the Sea. Once the Israelites had crossed the Sea the next instant, the Sea which was spread away like a wall standing on both the side came together and destroyed the Egyptian Army completely.

Let’s understand the incident more clearly. Both Israelites and Egyptians wanted to cross the Red Sea. Israelites crossed the Red sea, while Egyptians failed at it. Why ?

It’s mentioned in the Bible that By faith did they pass the Red Sea by dividing it and making a plain to walk on. But Pharaoh’s army saying just as Israelites went through the Red Sea were drowned in the Red sea. What is the difference? Both of them went through. Both had faith. Both hoped. They why is it that just Israelites crossed the Sea? Why was Egyptians unable to reach the other side and were drowned?

Understand one thing, Both had faith. But Israelites had faith upon God while Pharaoh’s army believed in themselves. That exactly is the problem. They believe. They are Self Confident. The believe in themselves. But is your faith upon God? or upon my Name! This is the Difference. Israelites crossing the Red sea went across the sea by the faith they had upon the God. But Pharaoh’s army went ahead with belief on their own self, and the Red sea did not give them the way and closed itself.

The Egyptian Army drowning on the Red Sea

Today the Red sea is equivalent to all the problems we are facing in our life. Today many people are like “I can cross this” , “I will cross this” and try to come over the problem, But are unable to do it. If a man keep his faith on God, He surely will be able to cross it as God would help him. I cannot come out of a problem just by believing on myself. In the same way if someone is keeping his faith on God but is not doing or working towards his faith, He / She too won’t be able to overcome his problems. Bible says A faith without work is a dead faith. If any person without having any action keeps his faith he surely won’t be winning.

Thus your believe is Good, but at the same time if you believe on Jesus too you surely will be able to win in Life. May God deliver you from all the problems like unto a Red sea.
