It’s all for Good
Once a passenger ship was set on it’s voyage to a very far away place. All the people in the journey were enjoying themselves. They were involving in different types of Games, Drinking and Singing also enjoying to the fullest. Amongst this group of people enjoying was found a man who was always praying and reading the Holy Bible. He was always praising the Lord and glorifying the Lord’s name. He always was meditating on God while the others looked at him as a fool.
One day the ship caught fire. The fire was huge and was unable to be put out by pouring as much as water possible by them. The fire was unstoppable. Little by Little did the ship started to sink. Many of them were drowned to death by now. The Man of God was holding fast to a plank of wood and floating in the majestic ocean. The wooden plank was moving in the direction of the waves. At last he finally swam and reached a island.
A empty island where there was no man to be seen. He knew not where the other passenger’s went to but he safely was now in the island. He looked around and there was no way for food. He was long waiting for any ship to come and rescue him. There was no sight of any rescue ship. Then he started to eat of the fruits available in the island’s trees and also built a hut for himself and started staying there. Daily would he roam around the island searching for food.
Once while returning he saw a surprising incident. The house he built with all his might was now on fire and was converted into ashes. He became furious. He said “God I did call you, I did search for you, always was I praying unto you, You first separated me and then there was no food and now finally the hut I built is now gone too!”. He was lamenting about this to God continuously. He got tired of lamenting and then he laid on the with weariness. Suddenly he saw a miraculous occurrence. A ship was fast approaching his island. He ran fast to the shore and was waving at the ship. The ship soon approached and men started coming out of the ship. “How did you find me ? How did you find me ?” asked excitedly the man to the men’s who descended from the ship. The men’s from the ship asked “Is there anyone else with you ? or are you just the only person?”. The man replied “It’s just me, but how did you find me ?”. The men from the ship replied “We were passing by when all of a sudden there rose up smoke and fire from this island. We assumed that someone is in danger and arrived here”. Then the men of ship took the man and sent him to his own place. That’s when he thought that he got angry at the Lord for the hut’s burndown. Was it not due to the fire in hut were the people in the ship able to spot me?. I hastily was angry upon God. Thinking thus was the man guilty. Afterwards he started loving God as he had done before.
Beloved Brother’s and Sister’s who are reading this, “Everything happens to us for Good”. Importantly people who believe in God, Everything happens in our life for good. Thus we should not say “Oh! My Situation is like this”, “These all things are happening unto me”, “God has pushed me into this bottomless pit”, “If there is God, would all these things happen unto me?”.

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

We should believe whatever God does in our life is for Good. Maybe now we might not understand. Maybe whatever is happening won’t be understandable by the small brain of ours. But the God who built the Great sky and Earth, What a great understanding would he possess. Now maybe we might not be able to understand, but as time goes we will be able to understand the real purpose behind it. His wisdom is Great. Surely he will lead us, Our family. He will not forsake those who trust in him. He does everything correctly.
